Maintenance Engineer: We need you to:
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair malfunctional equipment;
• Complete routine maintenance for the 3D printers and the tool kit;
• Collaborate with Technical Support Team and propose product improvement plans;
• Analyze and provide solution plans based on customer's feedbacks.
We would like you:
• Associate degree in mechanical engineering or related major;
• Familiar with electronic circuits and components and maintenance tools, skilled in hardware debugging, electrical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross cultural team;
• Comfortable working in a high impact, high energy, fast paced environment;
• Strong collaborator, communicator and problem solver;
• Experience in equipment maintenance/services is a plus;
• Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
